    Additional Resources

    Build Your Own Table
Rather than continuously ask for a seat at other people’s table, start to think about building your own and then ask those you would like to be with you to have a seat at it.

    Throw the Rope Down
Though we’re only in year three: we are seasoned enough to say we have an incredible Leading Out West alumni network. These are focused and career driven members of the LGBTQ+ community that have cleared paths for those next in line.

    Deeply Personal
Whether you’re attending as a group from the University of Idaho, or you’re traveling solo and hoping your ‘03 Subaru Outback makes it to Missoula: Leading Out West is deeply personal and personalized for the individual.

No More Hiding. Shed Unwanted Layers. Discover Your Authentic Self
At Leading Out West we share our life stories. The ups and downs. The formidable experiences from childhood and adolescence that have shaped you.

    Learn to Lead
You will develop a deeper understanding of your own abilities. You’ll learn how to identify within yourself the strengths you have.
